  This is our third Subaru, we were looking to replace our Forester which was unfortunately in an accident, we decided to check out Barrie Subaru. We were greeted with friendly faces and a sense of camaraderie among the staff, we decided to buy our first NEW car. Its another Forester which has top ratings in Consumer Reports. We are excited to experience the Eyesight features for additional safety. We did not feel rushed by Paul or Steve. Diane gave us a helpful in-car tutorial before leaving the lot. We had personal chats with Diane and Steve about family. We briefly met some of the service crew which we will get to know better in the future.

  I purchased my sporty Crosstrek from Paul at Barrie Subaru. He was so welcoming to me and my family, easy to talk to and happy to be selling me the vehicle. He answered all my crazy emails and made me feel comfortable and not silly about my questions.

  Shopping for a new car was a pleasant experience with Luke Marji. Luke was polite and thoughtful, listening to what we had to say and trying to find just the right car for us. Starting with Luke in the salesroom, through to service, right up until we took delivery, all Subaru Barrie employees were a delight. And it didn't stop there. We haven't even been for our first service appointment yet, but were invited in for an evening where we could ask questions and discover additional features about our new car. Thank you so much, Luke, and the Subaru Barrie staff.

  Shopping for my first car was an excellent experience thanks to Kevin and the sales team. Everybody took time to walk me through the car buying process and were so helpful answering any questions I had. To top my experience off I received a call before picking up my car that the Subaru team was loaning me snow tires so I wouldn’t have to deal with the trouble to find snow tires last minute for my first winter with a band new car. I can’t thank the team for all there help making my first car purchase as easy and stress free and looking forward to returning further car maintenance.
