  We purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Salesman David Hanton...and we only have one word to describe our experience: "PHENOMENAL"!!! From our very first visit to the Dealership, right through to the exceptional Delivery Presentation of our vehicle, we were blown away! This Dealership, by far, has the most friendly, kind, and knowledgeable Staff that we've ever come across in the vehicle industry. David is extremely well-versed on the Audi Brand, and spent so much time with us going through every last detail until we were comfortable. He consistently follows up to ensure your total satisfaction. A vehicle is just a vehicle...but it's the process of decision-making, with the assistance of the Dealership, that gives you the true "Audi Experience". Thank you David...and the rest of the Audi Barrie Crew...you are all exceptional!!! (PS. This Dealership is so nice...you actually won't mind waiting for Service to be done! It has all the comforts of home!)

  I had been bringing me vehicle here for regular service and the service team and technicians have always been excellent. I don't normally write reviews but I had an issue with my fuel door not opening and I had brought the car in for them to have a look, turns out I had to get a switch replaced as it seized, Gary the technician had brought it in to the back to get the necessary component replaced, not knowing how much this was going to cost I was waiting anxiously until Zoey told me my car is ready and gave me an invoice for $0, they fixed this nuisance without charging me a cent for the service. This is the kind of service that leaves me no choice but to write a review as this has been an excellent client experience and will continue to be my dealer of choice for my Audi. This is the kind of service that other dealerships should strive for. Great work Audi Barrie and I'll see you for my next service appointment!

  Kevin and Maria were extremely helpful in the process of finding my new car. From the first time I walked in until I picked my car up they were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel comfortable and guided me along the way, taking care of everything and assuring an easy process. I want to say thank you so much for all of your help, I could not be happier with my new vehicle! I would highly recommend Kevin, Maria and the Audi Barrie team!   First dealt with Chris Anderson over the phone. Great guy and great service. Unfortunately Chris had a family emergency, and Paul delivered the vehicle to us. Both did a fantastic job. HUGE thanks to Maria, Leah and MaryAnn for taking such good care of us. Thanks to all! Wifey loves the new S4! Excellent experience!
